sometimes the train travels too fast, causing a air pressure difference which will push the old lady forward?Originally posted by valentinoo:she stand too close the train is it...ayo poor thing..next time dont stand too close lah....i dont understand why ppl so kiasu..rush here n there for what...auntie is my mother age..so poor thing..hope she get well soon
Like this guy?Originally posted by jetabt767400:Since this is not a fatal accident, dunno if the 'phantom' who released the previous two videos will release this or not, but maybe he would get caught by then...
Remember seeing the South Korea subway's version before, but two person jumped at one time then, and it was on Channel 8 morning programme. Not sensored, but its not on the facing side which the train came from.
Want the link to the video of Yishun MRT? Was given by my other friends who watched before, its at Liveleak, well, seach around and can find one, since I find it not ethnical to post the direct link here.
yes yes air pressure thats powerful enough to push someone in a fully open-air MRT stn, that is coming from a train travelling at less than 60kmh...Originally posted by Diehard_89:sometimes the train travels too fast, causing a air pressure difference which will push the old lady forward?
maybe she stood too close..
so next time we shift the yellow line back to the escalator landings... then make SMRT implement heavy fines on those who step over... so everybody who go up to the station by escalator all tio fine, SMRT becomes rich, enough $$$ to fund construction of PSDs and air-cons on stations.Originally posted by ditzy:Hiyah so she is careless to stand beyond the yellow line and get hit.
Read my reply. Its written there.Originally posted by mhcampboy:so accident or purposely want to kena hit one?
Sometimes that might not help the situation at all, at times I've heard the operator horning & my guess is that the commuters are standing to close to the yellow line...Originally posted by shinkansen:I think SMRT should consider this, the train operator should horn before entering the station at about 30m to warn the passangers that the train is approuching.
I think a lady was knocked down by a train towards Jurong East at 3.20 pm on Mar 2 2007, not 3.30pm.Originally posted by Technomage:got ppl suicide again ah? i take mrt at about 3.30 at city hall, they annouce got accident, stop service for 55minutes.... luckily got 1 train come i take and zhao
I know that the horning is annoying but it does help to give that person a wake.I know that those communter train or freight train do horn and at the same time it also activate the bell to warn that the train / locomotive is approaching. I think if you got play the MS Train Simulator you will know it.Originally posted by SMRT:Sometimes that might not help the situation at all, at times I've heard the operator horning & my guess is that the commuters are standing to close to the yellow line...
