  From AMK to Jurong East , from Redhill to Boonlay , from Kallang (not so sure) to Changi and Pasir Ris and Bishan.
  
  NEL all underground... not sure for Circle Line.

  Circle Line is fully underground. So no above-ground station on CCL.

  lol u forgot bishan... the question was NOT underground... BSH ground lvl mah... ok well CCL BSH stn is underground la...
  
  i guess future no more elevated stns liao... except pioneer and joo koon... unless maybe there is a North Coast Line by the time we're using wheel-chairs and walking sticks to get around...
  
  NCL's location might be feasible for elevation... if its even on the planners' minds...

  i favour elevated stns more than underground....
  
  underground u only see black surroundings, but elevated, at least you can see the surroundings and makes mrt a kind of 'tourist attraction'.
