But this website link does not state clearly on any age requirement for those wishing to participate in Open House only.
If not, can I make the assumption that all public is welcomed to participate in Open House regardless of their age and medical condition of whose requirement has been mentioned in PDF document for SMRT Cram Jam 2007? -
