BISHAN's New Platform?

i read this in a thread long ago b4 i was a member...
BSH is getting a new platform with new aircon, new PSDs...
is there any new details on this? what will happen to the Northbound track? will it be like AMK?
also will its completion be in line with CCL's opening? -
AFAIK, When CCL opens, NSL and CCL's platforms would be linked by escalators. I havnt heard about this PSDs yet. If you wish to know more, maybe u wud like to go to Bishan Stn exit (The exit that does NOT bring u to the bus stop(overhead bridge) and Junction 8, in other words, use the exit that allows a person to turn left to J8 and right to the bus stop). Bishan Station's NSL platforms will have PSDs. Westinghouse (the supplier of PSDs) has received orders for them. And SMRT has replied that they will be installed by 2007 (though their estimates are always quite off).

yeah i've seen the board b4... but that's more of CCL than the new NSL... i'd go check it again... so u saying CCL will be directly under NSL? like cityhall but perpendicular?

the current platform will become SB and a new platform is being made for NB.
u'll realise the current platform is not wide enough to accomodate traffic together with escalators down to CCL for both directions...

so u saying now like SB and NB on opp sides? as in NB now opens doors on the left too? if so how will the 2 tracks switch positions after braddell or amk?

SB will use new platform which is alrd exacuated. hmmm u seem to say like they are keeping NB track and expanding the SB... such that the platform becomes wider, and they demolish the current SB track and build it closer to j8 side?
