  Cool pictures! Thanks for sharing these. Nowadays can't get to take pictures of construction of elevated tracks because most new lines are underground... CCL, BTL, DTL etc.

  Well, nice one but what happened to the back road of the last pic with the NTU Arch. I remembered back in P1 that there used to be a busy road passing through but why did they close it and where the road currently leads?

  It's Upper Jurong Rd, with Service 192/193 used plying along this road.
  
  The road U see in the picture is JW St 93 & it leads to the new stretch of Upp Jurong Rd.
  
  Phase 1
  Half stretch of the road(bef JW St 93 was extended) was closed for construction of underground pipes while the other stretch provide linkage to St 93 & Service 192/193 was amended to ply Jurong West Ave 4>Pionner Rd Nth to the new stretch of Upp Jurong Rd connected by the extended Boon Lay Way.
  
  Phase 2
  The other half of the road was demolished aft JW St 93 was extended to the new stretch of Upp Jurong Rd & it was used as part of construction site for the Jurong West Sport Cplx.

  the extension near pioneer is like too high , i once went there and saw 4.5M logo
  and compared to Lakeside MRT also 4.5M . the height is not the same.
