  No relations with the BLE, that's "The Centris" development site, a 610-unit condominium located above the extended wing of Jurong Point.

  Pictures of Pioneer/Joon Koon Stn's design & layout, Jurong Point extension are displayed along the walkway along the construction site of Jurong Point Extension/The Centris Condo/Boon Lay Bus Int when the Health Minister visit West Coast GRC(Pioneer Div) this morning.
  
  There's also a model of Pioneer Stn & some articles from BLE Newsletter.
  
  But unable to take photos as the displays are taken down shortly aft the Minister goes to The Frontier CC for Meet-The-People-Session
