Some 3rd Gens also have silver lining. The only probable thing that can differentiate between 3G and refurbished 1G is probably the doors-opened lights on top. according to tammy the 2 R1G trains, 005/006 and 001/002 will be running on NSL tomorrow, sunday.
so i'll be camping

083/084 is also refurbished already, seen it at YCK MRT this morning heading towards Yishun

Just now at about 4.50pm today, I saw refurbished train heading toward YCK while I was in Southbound train heading for AMK. But I could not catch a glance at the car number clearly. I am not sure if 003/004 is already refurbished?
I am not sure but I see the last digit with 3/4. Not sure if it is 003/004 or 063/064. Could not catch a glance at it as the train was moving too fast for me to catch on. I sat in front of windows facing northbound train. Anyone saw another refurbished train beside 005/006? -
I saw this train when bus 969 is driving along NSL line.
But seriously, I dream of me sitting on one of this refurbished train

001/002 is but i doubt its in service yet... was used as the 1st 'gunea pig' for this and they might test other stuff with it? not sure... end up 005/006 came out first b4 001/002 -
1 train spotted inside Changi Depot ard 6.30. Can't catch the number but the cabin lights were all on.
