  i rmb SMRT also did give out a brochure on the new "black trains" when they were first introduced last time. the brochure talks abt the new features of the "black trains", such as the rubber btwn carriage-to-carriage linkages (on the exterior) to prevent people on the platform from slipping onto the tracks, door-closing warning LED lights, etc.

  Just something to add on: SMRT has printed a few more editions of Safety on Trains or somewhat related guides in the form of a booklet since accidents happened on MRT platform(unconfirmed) and escalator.
