Buangkok MRT station to open on January 15

SINGAPORE : SBS Transit on Thursday announced that the Buangkok MRT station, along the North East Line, will start operations on January 15.
More details will be released at a later date.
The Transport Minister had earlier announced the station will open before the Lunar New Year. - CNA/ms -

Dun agree with Charles Chong's comments if Buangkok end up bo lang open only during peak hrs then
Wanna open, open... There is no peak hr call for trains -
2000 pax a day for Buangkok expected! wudnt this mean 1000 people actually? assuming the person boards there to go somewhere and goes home by Buangkok.
say, approx, 18 hours of operation, 1080mins.
a train calls at Buangkok every 6 mins. 2 sides. 20 trains per hour. 360 trains a day.
1080/360 = 3!
so each train, 2 board the train, 1 alights?
