I went to see the situation. Not that bad. Cos there were helpers around. Also, at every station,, there are notices and the board which shows the frequency also saes that the train ends @ Outram Park.

You mean........SBST is better as compared to SMRT?
Frankly speaking, SBST is better in all aspects.
It has newer and faster buses and trains, its stations very well designed, its connections very good and its staffs are professional, from my observations. -

In fact, I find that ownself assembled buses have higher capacity -
