  I have this set of questions to ask:
  
  1) Which is the MRT Line that makes you feel the most comfortable?
  
  2) Which type of trains do you like best? (eg. kawasaki, alstom)
  
  3) Which subway system are you most impressed with?

  Actually I don't have exact preferences, as I like the North East Line only for the station designs, but do not like the fact that the entire route is underground. For the East West and North South Lines, I like only the stations that are underground.
  
  As for the trains, I think the winner is the 2000/2001 Kawasaki Black Trains. I just love those black trains, as the sound of it is music to my ears, and the aircon is super. I hate the old Kawasaki trains and am OKay with the Siemens ones. The alstom ones are okay to me, but the black kawasaki trains are still the best.
  
  As for subway systems, I think that the Tokyo subway impresses me alot.

  i'm comfortable with the EW line. come to think of it, i rarely take the NS line. the NEL is pretty boring coz' it's fully underground. no scenery, just dark walls.
  
  i prefer the Siemens train. i like the sound it makes as it enters/leaves a station. it just feels so modern.

  I like the trains from the NEL, big and spacious.
  
  the routes I like the north south line specially the part between yck and khabit. can see a lake on the way, feel so comfortable.

  Sad to say tat the so call old Kawasaki trains are undergoing a MLU and will be more or less 'looks' like the black kawasaki trains.

  of course lah, the motors all AC-Motor unlike the older generation trains which are DC-motor.

  Well my responses are:
  
  1) EWL scenery all the way.
  
  2) Kawasaki Black trains being the newest and more dynamic than the Alsthom one.
  
  3) NONE OF THEM REGRETTABLY

  I do not like the Black trains for the reason of their noise emission... Neither are their seats bigger than the NEL...
