this morning:

mrt: admiralty - jurong east - queenstown

bus: 195A

narratives:

- catching up re-reading speed tribes by karl taro grenfeld.still a yummy read.

- listened briefly to bbc radio on my handphone at 6.50am to catch up on sports. darn chelsea drew. now, man u will stroll to the epl title.

- generally uneventful ride. stood all the way. - saw nus high school student for the first time! uniform fugly.

- breakfast break at coffeeshop. prata stall's line too long so opted for economical noodle's instead. was (over)charged $2.30 for a miserable plate. reminded myself it will be the last time i patronize the stall.

- waited 15minutes for bus. packed to the brim as a result. bus driver's name is fernandez ronald (i think filipino). grumpy looking. marlboro in pocket and wears a seiko 5 watch. and youngish guy in front of me closed his eyes and minutes later, you could hear his snores. sleep standing up!

Narrative:

The "insulated" word was not found on the glass panels of the first refurbished train 005/006. I guess it uses a different model of glass panels.

Only 005/006 uses back original glass panels. The other trains split up between a choice of DUOLITE or INSULATED.

Now all new trains uses INSULATED.

Which trains uses DUOLITE? Most of the refurbs I took uses INSULATED. Anyway, my rides today:

Haven't been on an unrefurb for some time
There again! this time a C751B with old annoucements! I rerecorded everything as it is clearer and louder! I love C751Bs but they are hardly found on EWL
LEDs and LCD TVs on C751B 341/342 turned off.
Will upload another day.
