What is those long long sutra in Buddhism ?why are they long

  The long long sutra is the wisdom from many years of excellent observation
  
  of Sakyamuni Buddha
  
  Sutra like Hua yan sutra (Flower adornment Sutra)
  which consist of 80 chapter ,50 000 words
  
  and Lotus Sutra -28 chapters
  which emphasis on the the truthfulness of one vehicle
  
  any question ?
