  what u mean why have the competition?
  The girls were graded in the competition before the final show. and the final show is like to show case only.
  The competition started the day the signed up.
  It's not stage like "ok we randomly pick girls or who pays me then win"
  It's more like they have 10 different gradings and pre show events before the final show case where the scores and tallied so that people can see the winner.heck the final could be like 10% of the score only.

  she didn't postpone her exams, she had a paper the day after msu finals.
  anyway peggy's hair is nice, it's just that people have this stereotypical idea that for girls to be pretty, they must have long hair.
