Like most actresses of her generation, Fukuoka native Gotou's first claim to fame was through her idol pictorials. After acting in a handful of TV drama serials and movies, she called it quits and retired from showbiz in 2003.

One couldn't find any scan of Gotou with the same short boyish cut as Ueto, but there are quite a few of her with that cute bob. Hang in there. -
