  try this method..
  
  for ani 1 who start rocking the chair, it just need someone to give the fellow a hard STARE!!
  
  u got to stare hard as if he killed someone u know n u hate him for life.
  
  then he will stop shaking

  I also skip abt 80 % of my lectures......I was very happy to find there are people my type in NTU.....well...Are you from 1st yr?
