Schumacher to make F1 return in Spain
Ferrari plans to draft in seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher to replace Felipe Massa until the Brazilian is fit enough to return to the cockpit.
According to Ferrari's website, Schumacher has said he is ready and will undergo a specific training programme over the next few days before being confirmed as Massa's replacement for the European Grand Prix at Valencia on August 23.
OH YEA TEH SEX!!!!
or can get my neighbour. He drives his KIA like a Ferrari.
one day he will find out his kia isnt a ferrari.
ya when he gets overtaken by my Honda Cityborghini
must go and prolong massa's injury so that schumi will return full time.
We will see the legend of Ferrari vs the star of Mclaren, Lewis Hamilton. gotta be a nice one
COOL! DAMN! I want Barrichello to replace Kimi now!
I love that Ferrari team with Shumi and Barrichello!!
Its gonna be tough, he is still at tip top fitness but hes sure to lack that specific sport fitness, that would be the endurance in the neck that keeps the driver's head upright while taking corners.

Yeah, Rubens' driving is spectacular, especially when he pulls over at the last corner to let his boss through.
It's a yawnfest with no consequences. I'd rather watch the tete-a-tete between Nelson Jr and Flavio.
the king returns.

The cheat returns.
And Ferrari are looking for loopholes, just like in the old days:
Ferrari seek testing ban exemption for Schumacher from teams and FiA
However, Williams, Red Bull and Toro Rosso have objected, and rightly so I say - unless the rookies Alguersuari and Grosjean are allowed to do the same. In the meantime Schumacher is leasing a F2007 shod with slick tyres to get back to racing fitness.
Ferrari have lost it with this strongly-worded statement that clearly refers to Williams. It's a disgrace to post something worded like this on their own website.
BERLIN - MICHAEL Schumacher says he is calling off a much-anticipated Formula One comeback as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycling accident earlier this year.
Schumacher says he informed top Ferrari officials Monday evening that 'unfortunately I'm not able to step in for Felipe' Massa, whom he was set to replace temporarily.
The seven-time world champion says in a statement on his Web site that 'the consequences of the injuries caused by the bike-accident in February, fractures in the area of head and neck, unfortunately have turned out to be still too severe.'
The 40-year-old says his neck cannot yet stand up to the stresses caused by Formula One racing. -- AP
