  if it's one only, it's the one under Options > Gameplay right?

  I believe switching off of firewall is required.

  added the progs / ports to exceptions under firewall
  
  but still unablee!!! howhowhow?

  turns out i didn't need a static IP
  
  anyone knows the consequences of that? (:
