because noobs use assissanate to KS.
because if fed, he can kill you before you can run anywhere...because his range is bigger than yours

And also, hes range is long enuf to kill the creep and go back into fog of war, and continue doing so, so kinda hard to harass him .. -
he very easy to deny and farm early game.
got good ks skill.

Long range, can harass others and farm easily. Level Ultimate skill cooldown is extremely fast.
But he is weak in some ways, no disable, slow movement speed. A good planned gang or backstab will have him dead in no time. -

Because they are too noob, hence they don't know how to counter the sniper. They lack the ability and knowledge on how to.
