  I think meepo quite underpowered lei, esp at the start.. it kinda needs to farm abit more to own at a later stage.

  Its called poof... the poof will damage the surrounding enemy unit and hero... but this tactic is only useful for 1v1...
  
  I don't recommend bringing all 4 meepo to a battle royal...
