the moment got ppl leave, surely the opposing team member surely say
"noob"
as if they very god-like pro. those kind of people who got owned is they themselves are leavers. -
Lately got heard about a "kick" program... My friend is a super god when he's using tinker or doom... but sometimes half was through the game, he got disconnected....
Another incident is my team mates started to leave 1 by 1 eventhough we're winning... It looks suspicious coz some left while fighting neuteral or while walking... -

Basically all it does is stops a certain IP address (the user) from connecting to you (host), and therefore they lose their connection. -

Da meat wagon is toopid... da whole thing is enforcing fast battles. late game heroes may be at disadvantage here.

If you realised one thing, its not stupid, the wagons ballista and all.
It disturbs your farming skills, and indirectly improves your farming skill. Whats more, its so sian hitting those creeps everytime isnt it?

Actually the reason why me and my friends used to prefer 3 corridors over DotA in 2004, was because their creeps kept changing over time, and get stronger and stronger. Also they had many events, like the bosses and the commander summoning, not to mention the armageddon thingy where the entire map gets hit by a starfall in the middle until you destroy it.
