  you can kill easily with the wards surrouding your foe.
  ther are 3 ways.
  
  1) Eul's scepter, then place your wards
  
  2) Wait for meelee to whack you, move back 1 step and place wards(aim at him)
  
  3) Blink dagger in and trap

  Gent plenty of euls and own. make sure that your wards are placed in such a way that it traps him from moving. And try not to aim heroes with ww.
