  I dont even use it. And I have never seen anyone used it. And frankly, I dont know why they nerfed it.

  in ranking matches aka clan matches tournaments, there were abuses of a team consisting of rhasta,dp,kotl,chen massing necrominicons and mekansms..
  
  its really imba..
  
  the summons can mana burn for 300 etc...the blue one has last wish and feedback i think..
  
  not to mention 12% movement speed bonus and spell immunity..
  
  thats y i say,those that play pubs normally wun touch it..cuz its not very useful on its own..but when the team mass it..its perhaps the most godly item..

  Er.
  Necronomicon is also very good in pubbys. Ever tried using bane elemantal and necronomicon? Its something i came up with and i never seen anyone use before.. So.. Just thought that you guys might find it interesting.
  
  The basic combo is just sleep that guy, Then summon the 2 demons.. Just fiends grip him and whack him.. No need much micro and the mana burn plus feedback will tear his mana down sia..
  
  I like to use this build against a team full of heros like bone and Bounty hunter. Almost like instant kill. Try it, Its Freaking fun.
