No lor. You noob. I use Keeper of the light can own him easily.
Any Intel heroes can own him easily too!
But I do agree that you cant run away if you are backstabbed by him... -
he has been nerfed terribly already..try the version where he just came out,around the 6.06-6.08 version..he really owns..

How can Kotl own Sb?
That's provided that the Sb is noob and whole day keep standing in the way of Kotl's illuminate lor.
Once sb reaches level 7 or 8, he can easily own Kotl, even with minimal items. -
