U've a piece of helpsheet?Originally posted by fudgester:General Biology on Monday.
No tutorial questions, no past year papers, no mock tests even.
Even the textbook itself isn't much help - just a few questions at the end of each chapter, and quite a number of them are out of syllabus.
So how the flying &#^$#@ am I supposed to revise besides reading my notes and creating my own helpsheets?!?!![]()
Quite true for me...just that I dun use mindmaps....I use summary of the notes, cos I understand where to get the important stuff out lor...plus usually the information on certain equations and their usage...Originally posted by fudgester:I create mindmaps for most modules that I take. I find them very useful at helping me understand and retain information in the notes - just reading the notes don't quite cut it for me.
For closed-book modules that allow helpsheets, those mindmaps double up as my helpsheets. For fully open-book modules (like General Biology), the mindmaps act as a summary of whatever I've learnt in the notes.

That, and the fact that I wanted to clear my UEM requirements quickly.![]()
I've another on Monday.Originally posted by fudgester:Next (and final paper) on Monday.
I think I'll be turning in soon as well... there's really not much I can do right now anyway.
