The night before my CS1101C written exam, I found this C code for finding anagrams on Google.
I thought I already had a lot of reference notes to bring into the exam hall, so stupid me didn't bother to print it out.
As it turns out, there was one 25-mark question on writing a program to find anagrams.
Stupid me was practically banging my head against the table top for not printing and bringing that code. After all, all I had to do was do the necessary modifications to the preexisting code and transfer it to paper.
It was a free 25-mark question, and I blew it. -

If you really want to know.... my CAP's 4.25.
Been super lucky so far. 1st class honours is still possible, but highly unrealistic. I'll be really glad to graduate with a CAP above 4.0. -
