  But what I was trying to recall was what happened.
  
  I know that Asuka tried to use Eva-02 to deal against the new EVAs which the other NERV heads had sent to Tokyo to initiate the 3rd Impact. She thought she had won, till she realised that those dudes had the power to regenerate their body parts due to the presence of the S2 Engines. If I never remember wrongly, EVA-02 ran out of energy, and her EVA was eaten up by the bird-like EVAs, leaving her in a devastated state.
  
  Of course, Shinji in his EVA-01 manages to get above ground and this was the part which the S2 EVAs were waiting for...to bind with EVA-01, use the Spear of Longtinus (sp?) and initiate the third impact...
  
  And it failed lar....cos Shinji refused to be accepted into the gigantic Rei...

  any ideas where in singapore got sell the Evangelion movie? it's harder to find than the anime.

  Might need to try some of the anime/vcd shops lor....

  You can always dl the evangelion movie.. Don't buy it since singapore HEAVILY censored it

  i bought my end of eva at JP shopping centre basement 1. shouldn't be hard to find.

  oh that VCD shop ah? when did u bought it? still got stock or not? VCD or DVD?
  
  is it in japanese with english or chinese subtitle? cos i saw the cantonese version before, with no subtitle, can't understand a word they are saying.

  jap version. i think it's come wif chinese subtitle. me bought VCD version.
