Hi every 1...I am having some problem and in need of cash... I have $8600 credit from courts for the flexi plan... Looking for kind soul who are going to buy things at courts and is going to pay cash.. I will sign up installment for your item under my name and you get the item and pay me the cash without interest.. I bare the interest. We will meet up to do the purchase tgt at courts . no ..i am sincerely looking for help...all i need is the cash...i can pay the installment...bank doesnt approve my loan..so this is so call "loan" .... we will meet at courts to do the purchase.. but i just found out for immediate approval, maximum amount is $2000... unless you can wait... you only pay me when you receive the goods...no upfront payment to me or wat so ever

but what if you stopped paying the installment? i wonder if courts will chase back the installment.

basically, it seem pretty safe as i get what i want while TS deal with courts
the only thing is that delivery and installation cannot be done by courts in case TS stop paying installments and courts decide to repo
but i dont get any benefits and its more troublesome.
it will only be worth it if i only pay 80% of actual price to TS

i dont think court will approve your flexi plan easily too. the credit inside flexi-plan is an estimation. they will need to have your latest CPF contribution before approving the new loan. Quite hard to believe you would want to bear all the interest. Agreed to PedoBear, installation and delivery cannot be done by Courts, if TS nv pay the installment, good luck.
