Do muslims consider Jesus as the messiah?

As above. Am quite surprised when I heard Ahmed Deedat said that is so when I watched the islam propagation videos on Wikipedia. -

Jesus - His Titles
Though Jesus is mentioned by name in twenty-five places in the Holy Quran, he is also addressed with respect as: Ibn Maryam, meaning "The son of Mary"; and as the Maseeh (in Hebrew it is the Messiah), which is translated as "Christ". He is also known as Abdullah, "The servant of Allah"; and as Rasul u Allah, the messenger of Allah. -

From my understanding in Islam, Jesus Christ or Nabi Isa a.s will descend from Heaven and together with Imam Mahdi, will fight the Antichrist before the coming of the Qiyamat.

We believe that before the end of times, there will be turmoil following the death of a Khalifah until the Imam Mahdi takes over the Caliphate. With the rise of the Dajjal(Antichrist), the Imam Mahdi will raise an army to fight him and his followers. Then one day Jesus (peace be upon him) will descend from Heaven and kill the Dajjal.
After the death of the Imam Mahdi, Jesus will then rule over the Muslims not as a prophet but as a Khalifah who will lead the Caliphate. He will then face the armies of Ya'juj and Ma'juj (Gog and Magog).

Maseeh aka Al Masehi when translated mean Messiah.
Like the rest, Jesus will arise together with Imam Al Mahdi come armageddon -

yes in the Quran there are many verses that claims 'Isa (Jesus) peace be upon him was in fact the `Messiah'. and that he was of miraculous conception and birth without human father, Jesus, peace be upon him, did miracles, healed the sick, cured the blind and even brought a dead man back to life, by the permission of Allah.

Muslims considered Jesus as one of Allah's prophets born of the virgin Mary.
They also believed that when the end of world comes...Jesus will be the one returning to judge the world. -
