Pax dispute fare

from Neil Road to Compassvale, took KPE exit Punggol road.
Fare is 28.80 but pax called up grab to say that it should be 22.
Flag down = 3.90
booking = 2.50
mid night 50 % surcharge. where got 22?

If he take uber chow chow surge x1.9. Grabcar also higher then Taxi when clubbing night.

even when the whole queue calling and using apps to book oso no cabsgot one cabbie drop pax liao come out and shout MBS! MBS! MBS!
but no one going MBS, so he empty car go out -
my halloween party last year
take pax from sentosa to far away distance like jurong
rush back to sentosa
from mid night till 4am
do this on fridays and sats for one month

If the bridge no jam is ok...
usually i encourage ppl to just book the hotel there before hand, stay 1 night after halloween
