Toyota prius is the best taxi model for earning a living as a normal cabby. You cannot find a better deal than this. The next upgrade ia really to jump into the sea.

Bo lat one lah, only at 40km/hr it will use the hybrid battery, after 40km/hr it will start using petrol. So it is good for town and heartland roads, not good for expressway.

You dont say so much. Just sit inside and feel the silence and smooth pickup of a hybrid prius. Granted its not for formula 1 cabbies, but it is a refreshing change from a toyota crown or sonata.

True lah..prius very quiet. Drove a few months prius with SMRT..now driving comfuck sonata. Some more the first generation type, going to scrap in Mar this year.

Was at 383 last week to collect two new include VISA logo stickers, saw them putting heavy luggages into one new white color Prius for testing. Seems like they are now only still at the consideration stage. The few Comfort Prius on the streets are for testing purposes....they were bought as test samples only. Comfort has not reached the buy at least 1000 cars at one go stage yet.
Comfort's Prius could be like Comfort's Azera, bought some samples but did not procorrd to buy a lot of them.
