Best is support comfort cab. Registered and under company. I don't trust private cabs personally. Anyhow charge fare, and dangerous. Later fetch you go sell you also don't know. Support blue cab the best.

Others most not available. But why don't try with Local Transfer Service at each city? I mean private car in Hue city, Private car Hoian, Private car Hanoi, Private car Sagon.. These keywords you can use the same in SG so saving your cost better.
For example, if you travel to Vietnam, why you have to ask your travel agent? Ask your local destination at every city you planning to. They don't have to spend too much money for PR, marketing, retailers... It means nearly door to door directly from you and suppliers.
