All this high incentives was started by Transcab last time with their CNG taxi.......
It makes a TD more calculating towards all this nonsense incentives......
No matter how good is incentives been offer, 1 week down the road, you already paying close to a thousand dollar in rental liao.......

Driving for TC, you need lots of networking with their management and those CB admin girls, bo bian mah, if not, no give chance one lah. Driving for Cdg, is a bit different because they got that social responsibility statement in them to follow

Well, we can sit back and see how the industrial is going to evolve, sometimes see liao also laugh, run here run there, jump here jump there, end up also same same...that is why I said, Taxi driving or UberX or grabcar driving is never a career, there is no advancement, now you drive, 30 years later, you also drive, only different car or companies only. However, I hv to qualify that today people are more down to earth, today can earn, earn first, what is going to happen tomorrow, come tomorrow then decide.

Nobody perfect is true. I also believe if opposition come in full force, may have even more problems. But generally if u voted for pap and still complain about their greed, it is quite natural to say orbi good tio bo? Go ask people like oh kim peow contractors who built our expressways. You think they will complain about pap? Not say they blind. Pap not perfect, but when people give u so many kang tao, will u complain?
