SMRT deposit will take 90 days to return?

  My frn today go submit resignation letter after driving for 1yr wit SMRT 

  Notice period 21 days 

  Deposit return 90 days WTF?

  Does other colours also take so long to return?

  If not wrong blue within a week can get

  No lah. My friend return 1 month receive. They have a date every month to refund. If miss the cycle then another month. If no accident case outstanding very fast. Because accident and finance department will have to comm. If damages then ok. My friend got deduct $180 for damages and otang few days rental. Following month got back the deposit. Max is 90 days.

  Last time, I surrender Silver, also take a few months to return my 1k, it all depends on the maturity of funds, unlike Cdg, which is public listed and can get fund easily. Most management like silver, smrt, TC will take cabbies' deposit into secure investment with banks, and the agreement is every quarter (3 months), a minimal principal and profit from investment can be withdrawn. Therefore the standard of taking back yr deposit is alway 3 months to ensure pay back promptly.

  They even ask him to "consider" abt leaving them 

  Dunno which manager called him also on hp to stay lol

  True SMRT will tell you temp return and will get you a cab once you join back. But of course deposit they hold lah. Good for those who want to take a break for a few months.

  I got my SMRT deposit back in less than one week.  Some more refund me back my yearly admin fee. But I was relief driver.

  since it will take minimum 30 or more days to get 

  Guess must fork out fresh cash to deposit for new company

  SMRT is also public listed, but their core business is essential Public Transport. Their concentration is more on MRT and BUSes, taxi is only a subsidaries of it. Whereas, Cdg begin with taxis business, a core of their business, follow by private buses and car and so on around the world. So, their focus are mostly on Taxis services, not only in Singapore, as with delgro, they are consider a Global player. However, both are just brother and sister, as the biggest shareholder is temasek

  They like me lah...give me back deposit quickly so that I have a good impression of them.  Even the yearly admin fee that I paid also refund me. Hope that next time, I will consider joining them again lor..

  I got Letter of Commendation one hor...

  Knn, if hold back my deposit long long, I pa si also won't join them next time. Tio boh?

  My ex chief last time also got many letter of Commendation, but later also tio pok.... ...give letter for fark, give money lah. I think there is something to do with yr face lah, too taiko already, they see already also scare, so quickly make a letter of commendation and smile smile to you and process the deposit and admin fees quickly for you

  Last time wu lah, now, no more liao. Last time cdg managments not bad, if got problem, they will lends you some money to tong, but knn, because of pple like KTC, bowah.etc etc.borrow already all never return, now managment see us also siam far far away.
