I use handphone samsung S4 (5 inch) before. If use it as gps and see map a bit small, when people call into phone the map will disappear to background, it display the calling in number. I thinking bigger screen can see more details, see more surrounding roads, thinking of using a tablet 7 or 8 inch.

You mount it at windscreen what position?
You use it as gps? Samsung galaxy tab pro (8.4) seems like cannot put SIM card.
I went electronic store see the 8inch already very big, you 8.4inch more powerful.

Some tab model don't have sim card slot. http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_tab_pro_8_4-5946.php
You got what gadgets?
Actually I am thinking since I do not know most of the routes, might as well after passenger tell me where he wants to go, I will tell him OK. Then I key in the address into GPS, then follow GPS all the way to reach destination. Like that should be ok?
If passenger tell me to use what route I also don't know how to reach the route, unless he can guide all the way exact turn by turn.

For me don't know how to go, still good at least can reach nearby. Then must slowly find the way down the ramp.
What GPS are you using?
I tried Marbella GPS (real GPS) and handphone GPS app, I find that real GPS don't work well under the ramp/covered areas. Handphone GPS better, under covered areas still can know your location, maybe it also use some telco signal to determine location.

I thought all GPS show address when you pass by, if lets say you travelling on East coast rd, it will display east coast road.
I like marbella because it have suggestion list, I type in a word, it will show you a list that contain the word for you to select. It only have one search box, can type anything into the search box, address, postal code.... I guess maybe similar to papago.
I never use papago before. You using papago real GPS or app?
Seems like not much places selling papago.
