I drive nights too. Before midnight was busy. Near 11pm slowed down but overall still same as normal night leh.
Yah, less office workers so lesser demand from office areas but shopping areas still got crowd. Most TDs avoid office areas but I tried MBFC and there were many people desperate for cabs. Contrarian thinking.
Picked up 2 China dolls going to Peace Centre. Wonder what they were doing at MBFC on Vesak Day?

Vesak day, good business mah, somemore less car, smooth traffic, got paxs too, mostly pay by cash..payday mah. 9pm send a lady to orchard tower, kenna another 2 fat ah nehs and their 2 fat wifey going to MBS, seibei howlian...told me they are from America, lanjiao lah, hear your ah neh accent english also know you from Mumbai liao...then somemore ask me where I come from...I told them, I from Russia....after that, all the way, they keep quiet liao

Yah lah, think I don't know meh. Must be Marina Bay Residences, next to Tower 3 but they came to Tower 2 to look for cabs. Xiao Mei Mei or XMM lah.
Heard from a friend a Viet mei mei work as masseur here and do special, after a few years, made a few $100K, stopped, go back Vietnam, start a business now booming.
