Hirer gets more 'shit' from relief than vice versa..

relief like to come and go, throw key as and then they feel like it.
hirer always need to readjust his driving hours. knn.
relief don't like any 'fuck attitude' hirer, can just go find another. at most just on no pay leave till relief attached to another hirer. relief usually have no commitment to hirer also

No, I stay neat to CCK MRT, every morning he took MRT from Yishun to CCK.
And take 1 minute walk over my house to GRAB the Prius and fly off.

Want to treat as personal transport yet want relief help them tong rental. These people go fly kite lah. Got relief means equal share in the cab, no more personal. If see no open then better OMO. Cannot have the best of both world lah.
Even find super relief I also very particular. I only use my personal relief and he is very popular must book him months in advance. Usually is I go holiday to suits his schedule. But really a very nice guy.

Aiyah James, that's why they become relief wat. No responsibility, freedom to throw key, no need worry about this and that. Otherwise, they become hirer already.
As long as rental Is high, it's a relief market lah...who needs who more..

First, you must understand the meaning of relief, like you go toilet and relief yourself, relief is mend for giving you the time to rest and relax without much lost to income. From a relief perspectives, he or she also do not wish to keep changing Hirer, like one of my neighbour relief driver, he droves almost all the cdg and TC hirer cab around our blocks, now, go out see those hirer also siam here and there, and hv to look for further place to find hirer...why, because of his fark up characters, so end up keep changing hirers until the whole town TD also know him. Most hirer will alway wish to find a good relief and drive for years or until both up lorry or my van, and this apply to relief too, most relief also like to drive for a good hirer for years, keep changin is also a problem.

I olso seen one taxi hirer omo all his life, bring up 3 kids, 1 housewife and 2 old parents drive all the way and support all his kid till university, now 2 are bankers, 1 is a lecturer at poly, and he still drive OMO.

OMO can operate, just that u need to be OTR during right hours and more hours, unless u don't mind a small income

You must understand, ppl become relief because they don't want to be binded by contract. Come and go as they wish. So dun expect loyalty. But, there will always be loyal ones too. Just treat it as a business and be loyal to $$$$ can oredi.

actually i thought of getting employed for a job, but the loss of the freedom while driving is holding me back.
parents feel TD is no future, no prospects of advancement. less the standard employer benefits aside.
but the high operating costs and the no work no $ is also making me very tired, long hours, hardly got personal time is pushing me out, really in a dilemma

Iam sure if u drive a single shift u got more time for everything n less responsibility
Go outside wrk also sama sama earnings not much difference
Rather drive one shift n be happy
Set target not so high like $100 per day can liao
Outside wrk also salary around there or lesser

Yalor, be cdg relief lah, many hirer looking for relief, and relief only deposit $1,000..hirer paid $2000, you can take back $1000 mah. Then can lend me $300..to tong
