Same scenerio when kena complaints... Dun need to give face to Teo (cdg complaint dept). Juz fark him upside down if he dare act garang to interrogate you. Threaten him that you will highlight your graviance to ceo and he will bite his tail and back-off. These clowns are all hopeless in cdg... juz like those fake degrees ah neh you pick-up @Changi Biz Park. Stand firm and retaliate back, they diam diam liao.

No need to be so nice to CDG boss. He knows the life of most cabbies is not easy. There are many things not in our favour. Yet this man never once said anything for our benefit. He only knows how to increase the rental by $15 everytime a batch of cabs is released. Even the same Mercedes or Hyundai, just because its new, he increase the rental.
If he had any brains at all, he should have launched GrabTaxi equivalent app long ago and retired the MDT. That way cabbies can grab advance jobs at home or in kopitiam. But no leh, he wants cabbies to stay in the unhealthy environment of a taxi. MDT got so many kind, modified ones can do unusual things. Taximeter also got the modified ones that jump slightly faster. Also got lousy MDT that hang and give us problem. We all pay rent so why the MDT got so many kind?
People go reservist or got into accident can only claim $80. WTF so little? Cannot up abit after so many years?
Worse are those cabbies who got into CDG committee and taxi kiosk chairman position to get all the regular and 'good class' advance bookings. How can they allow the CDG call centre to direct certain jobs and hourly disposals to specific taxi MDTs? These cabbies who got all these fat jobs are already very well off, some are literally multi-millionaires.

SMRT one solid. Very on the dot. Start work means start work no nonsense. But tea break also jin zhun. My car changing oil halfway suppose to finish within 5 mins end up waited half an hour for them jiak kopi. Then counter uncle also tea break suddenly disappear into smoking corner. Lol
