  when a licence is suspended by TP for 15months, does it mean we need to start all over from scratch?

  is suspension the same weight as revoked?

  then why they pass the sentence as 15months suspension since 12months > is aka revoked? knn!

  It means they want u off the road for 15 months before u can start taking driving lessons again.

  after 15 months, another year older, so depend on how you want to look at it, at time, without a driving licence in Singapore is also a blessing in disguise
