I guess many cabbies encountered such situation b4... i made numerous complaints to cumfuck of unreasonable pax but their normal template answer is : " ok, we'll monitor the passenger... blah blah blah.. " ... case close sweep under carpet.
Farking hopeless I/O will always dig out historical LTA regulations to pin u down regardless of what explanation u rebutted on any complain.
LJ cumfuck... see how u gonna handle this now...

SINGAPORE - A video exposing a cab passenger's rude behaviour and uploaded by the taxi driver's daughter has made waves online.
In the video uploaded on Faceboook, the passenger - who had booked a cab to take him from Chai Chee to Telok Ayer MRT station - could be heard raising his voice and scolding the taxi driver from the start of the journey.
Text accompanying the video, written by the driver's daughter, defended the driver and said: "Taxi uncles are not idiots, deaf or useless, they are someone's family. They are fathers who work 14 hours a day, seven days a week, even on public holidays, so people like me and my sis get an education."
In the clip, the passenger first accused the driver of failing to notice him on the main road even though he "wave wave wave wave wave". He then threatened to complain if the driver started the meter before the cab had travelled a certain distance.
He called the driver a "blind bat" and later compained that the cab was moving too slowly, and accused the driver of trying to cheat him of his money. He also told the driver not to let anyone cut into the space in front of the taxi.
The time stamp on the video said the journey started at 6.14pm on last Friday. The passenger demanded to be at his destination by 6.30pm at any cost.
The passenger also scolded the driver for raising the temperature in the taxi. Text in the video explained that the driver did that as the passenger was coughing badly - this was audible in the video.
Throughout the clip, the cabbie could be heard trying to explain himself in his limited English, while the passenger rattled on fluently.
By Sunday, the video had attracted at least 350,000 views and thousands of comments.
Kind netizens wanted to give the driver a small token for the verbal abuse he had to suffer.
Outraged netizens even claimed to have found the man and revealed his details. However, the Facebook page of the man appears to have been removed and he could not be reached at the number posted.
When contacted, the taxi driver’s 27-year-old daughter, who works in the media industry and did not want to be named, said: “I hope netizens will show respect for the rude passenger and not release his personal information online. What he did was wrong, but people make mistakes and we can only choose to be a bigger person and forgive them.”
She added that since releasing the video, her family has been shown “tremendous support,” and that she hopes people will be kinder and more compassionate to others.
She is also open to an apology from the passenger. "I hope he will give this story a happy ending by coming forward to apologise to my dad. We’ll always be happy to have dinner with him," she said.

Want to upload video, upload the full clip without edit, more convincing, even it have to be 30min clip....
Nobody know whether this TD really so kwai, only retaliate few sentences throughout the journey....
This TD sounded to me not newbies, can hear from the beginning of the clip, how he argue with the pax....
2nd, why carry on journey? When he know this is a nasty pax, becos he know he have a secret weapon hidden in his cam....
Overall, I don't side any party, this kinda things always happen in our TD life, with social media, this pax pay a price, but karma will strike this TD one day, somehow or rather.....
So now I know, his daughter works in a media industry....

Brother, laws and regulations cannot cover everything in our human existence, because we created laws that translate into rules, policies and regulation base on past event. UNDERSTAND BO -
So there are many grey area in term of rules and regulation, Cannot record was never put into a regulation, cam pointing out and not in is a regulation. So, unless your are taking a nokia 3210 like mine, most HP can do cam and recording, you can record even in a private meeting, in a bus, or even toilet...there is no laws governing it...it is a grey area due to our fast modernisation of technology that even the laws are unable to catch up. So if you take this cabby to court, the judge will throw the whole issue out unless the bill or laws is regulated. And if recording is a crime...than hp should not hv recording function...so to speak. Ni hao mah

To side which ever party, right or wrong, it prove a point for All TD, regardless of you are Cdg, prime, smrt...TC and so on. It is a Taxi driver 1 - pax 0 scoreline, and this scoreline is something we never or hardly get, we are usually the underdogs, get whack until 10-0 by paxs most of the time. This going to public is good for TD. What we see and hear is voices and roads, we cannot see the facial expression which is the most critical of all languages, the body language. Therefore, we cannot comment much, it can also be show or an act to seek attention, no one can clarify it and we also dun wish to pursue and waste our time on such issue that happened once a while. But at the end of the day, people from the public have supported the TD, and it is warming that peoples, who are our paxs, remembered that we are still HUMAN with family to feed and the need to put food on the table. That is more than enuf for us.

No nid chase lah, just stop at PIE side way, open front engine...tell him sorry, car problem...call cdg tow...once limpek dept get the info, limpek cut of rental time liao. Then when limpek at loyang receive the call, slowing move there, TP will also be there.....want to make big lai lor. When open front engine, release the cooling water below,...engine will get hot, tow to loyang, check and top up cooling water..2 hrs later, on the road again...2 hrs can go toa pek kong pray pray...then eat, then sleep until limpek SMS you, -
