Not only taxi drivers, so are many other drivers who use the road for a living, not to mention other using the air and sea for a living. Like when I was sailing, fish cannot turn one, must cook with head straight, belly splitted open and place on the place, cannot go one side and flip, otherwise worry the ship will also flip over and sink. And in the mess room where we watch movies, porn or whatever also can watch, but cannot watch show like titanic..lols

Taxi driver who lent $20 to passenger with no money: "I'm embarrassed by all the fuss"
SINGAPORE - Online accolades are pouring in for a taxi driver who did actor Eden Ang a good turn.
"It's not every day a stranger changes your life," Mr Ang wrote on Facebook, of Mr Lim Ee Teh.
Mr Lim, 62, drove Mr Ang to an audition on Wednesday. He provided sweets in his car and gave Mr Ang a packet of tissue paper, the actor said in his post.
When time came to disembark, Mr Ang realised he did not bring his wallet. Not only did Mr Lim agree to let him transfer the cab fare to him, the friendly taxi driver insisted on giving Mr Ang $20 to get him through the day.

Aiya, TD also human mah, if Mr Ang is going for an audition, what you expect of him, he is sure to put himself on the limelight mah, limpek everyday help others, even carried many women to their house due to their drunk state, help carried 55 inch TV for pax to their lift lobby, help pax to vomit, rushing paxs to hospital etc etc..... also never put in smlj facebook or report to Sin Min Ren Bao for a hp or $50. You are the queen of the forum...knn, so easy get lure into such new meh??? Kind cabby allows passenger to make money transfer -- but hasn't received fare until today
A Stomper was incensed that a passenger who promised to make a money transfer for the taxi fare he owes a cabby has yet to do so despite repeated reminders.
The cabby, who is the Stomper's best friend, works as a night shift taxi driver and has previously allowed passengers who were short on cash to transfer him the fare amount later.
However, the Stomper says the kind cabby is very disappointed that this passenger just keeps promising to make the transfer, but never does so.
"So Singaporeans, what would you say about this message by the passenger who keeps giving empty promises and excuses," asked the Stomper.

From my experience, I know it is a run fare, it was actually a fare I took when I took a pax to dempsey, so inorder not to empty out, took this ccb ang mo char bo. Finally said will transfer money, ask for my account nos,..I told her to fark off lah, consider myself sway, where got time to go police and waste my time on $6.50, CB govt alway said they bring in Talent, lan jiao lah, simi talent, 6.50 also want to cheat me...phui neymar Trash

I need reward mah, but so far, sgforum never give me any..nabey. When you get stuck in JB custom jam for hours, even MD or mediacork stars also Urine into plastic bag, not to mention Taxi uncle, nabey, these people/stompers never seen the world yet, and yet our Queen mod fall for it. Most of you all are experience TDs, if you tell me you never urine in public grass our drain or at ulu places, then dun call yourself a Singapore TD.

You know why T2 and T1 plants and flowers on the side of taxi Q are more healthy and greener than the rest of Changi airport green. We taxi driver help to fertilise for them mah, save changi lots of money.

$2000 max, and terminated. Cabby claim vehicle problem, auto reverse...same excuses, most people who get into a self create accident tends to blame the vehicle rather than themselves. Cabby eats too full, yawn and stretched himself on the seat, leg exterted half on brake, left hand hit the gear into reverse instead of drive, release brake only, car reverse, in panic, step in again, stepped on the accelerator.....BANG!!! x&^%#&^*((shit*&%*&far(*^k Lesson learnt. Do not eat too full, and dun do stretching inside cab. Do it outside your cab, including Urine into plastic bag

Man screams, hops into taxi and leaves door open when cabby tries to drive away after dispute in Chinatown
A passenger was spotted shouting and standing on the door of a taxi after a dispute with a cabby at Chinatown. He even hopped into the cab and left door open when the cabby tried to drive away.
The incident happened at around 8pm yesterday (Jun 3).
According to Stomper A, the passenger clad in a striped shirt refused to allow the taxi driver to continue with his journey and stood on the vehicles' door to deter him from leaving.
In a phone interview with Stomp, A said:
"He was very aggressive and kept shouting.
"I suspect that they were fighting over one of the two things.
"The first being the cab fare and the second, they might have been arguing about the drop-off location."
He added that he was not sure of the reason for the dispute but said that he heard the man questioning "Is this what Singaporeans are..."
A mentioned that he did not catch the later part of what the angry passenger had said.
But he told Stomp that the passenger kept screaming even while he was talking on the phone.
"The poor taxi driver came our of the car multiple times and tried to talk to his friend (the man in the white shirt), but nothing happened.
"The driver then went back to his vehicle."
The commotion only ended when the angry passenger was engrossed with his phone and moved away from the cab for a moment.
The Stomper said:
"The taxi driver saw that he was distracted and went into the cab to drive away."
