So, in driving taxi, you can never tell. You may lose small but win big. The biggest win is to be safe. You, your pax and other road users.
i also kanna a few times. one of my early day hirers said, no need rush. your food will wait for you if you deserve it. really a few times like your story. lose chicken wing but kio tio whole chicken!..one time, airport, this farker cut queue. nabei very angry almost go up, but the pax gong gong board. the coordinator also dun know do what...but then shortly wave me to the next pickup point.. wah. to end Tuas peak hours. win liao! -
i know some drivers might not believe. but sometimes throw keys will bounce fly back. hahha. this one must experience ownself then understand the insider

Because many drivers after so long driving, collect cold hard cash and coupled with a no one on the top of me life, will not be able to accept the rash and harsh reality of working life anymore. There is alway a fear factor within. However for taxi driving, it is different from other working life job, taxi driving can anytime come back or be a weekend relief or partimer, but for a working life, if you lose the job, it is hard to swallow especially with an asiatic mindset

OMO of course after peak hour go back koon. Rental cover liao mah. Evening then come out earn lah. After peak hour so many green on the road. Also bo extra. So not worth the effect lah.

After peak with the demand for taxi drop can get only $20 an hour on average. Drive 5 hours under the hot sun yield only $100. Of course I rather come out in the evening when the demand for taxi surges less then 3 hours I can get $100. Of course go back koon loh....
But most I know go back koon liao means lazy to come out drive liao...Why ah?

Why, go back PCC, play games, have sex...still want to come out and drive ar?? Must enjoy life mah, drive morning $100, then abit of non peak for $50, altogether $150, give hirer $50, put fuel $20, got $80 liao, $50 sex with bak bak..$30 net profit go home sleep..still come out and drive smlj, not tire meh? Then tomorrow fresh fresh..can drive very well mah, take and grab calls also seibei fast and alert.

Changing shift is not suppose to Q at taxi stand, once you Q at taxi stand, you must take whatever destination within Singapore, otherwise...fark off..knn, you dun take expect the taxi behind to take....cb kia...mao shan wang durian you eat..we eat rambutan ar?
