Stomper Edwin alerted Stomp to a video on Facebook showing a Caucasian man confrontinga female cabby at the Sentosa Beach Station taxi stand and accusing her of being a racist.
In the video, the man can be first seen asking the cabby to drive her taxi away from the taxi stand.
The cabby tried to explain her actions saying that she was on call. The man however continued arguing with her.
She then told him "this is Singapore, not wherever you are from", to which the latter replied "oh you are a racist, oh I get it you are a racist."
The dispute then continued on for around a minute.
The cabby involved gave an account of what happened in a post accompanying the video of the incident she posted on her Facebook page:
"I was waiting for my passengers at Sentosa Beach Station when this man asked me to f*** off although there were no other empty cabs behind me.
"He first gestured me to move my taxi off to which I ignored.
"He then asked me to f*** off to which I also ignored.
"I only came out when he started banging on my cab. He's just pissed that all cabs coming in are on call.
"Which of part of "BUSY" shown on the cab does he not understand? Furthermore, I was not parked right in front of the taxi stand.
"Just because I'm a lady, he thinks can 'makan' me?
"Sorry hor, wrong 'charbo' to mess with. You wanna take my pictures and all, go ahead.
"I've got plenty of witnesses."
"And which part of "this is Singapore, not wherever you're coming from" is racist?!"
SINGAPORE - A ComfortDelGro taxi left a trail of destruction on Scotts Road on Wednesday (Aug 31) afternoon.
Exiting Claymore Hill beside Shaw House, it hit a Toyota Alphart and a Hyundai Avante. It then crashed through the centre divider and rammed into a passing Volvo on the other side of the road before coming to a halt.
Mr Jumaat Azhar, 24, a senior retailer from the Michael Kors outlet, told The Straits Times that he dashed out on hearing a "loud bang" and saw the crashed taxi when he looked out of the store.
"The taxi driver was completely covered in blood, I think he was bleeding from his head and he was unconscious," said Mr Jumaat.
The driver of the Hyundai Avante, Mr Rashid Hassim, 32, was heading to his office in Tampines from Ion Orchard, when the taxi hit his vehicle along Scotts Road.
"My car spun. Now the left side of my body is in pain, from my chest to my leg," said the IT support engineer.
He was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, together with the taxi driver, who is in his 60s, according to SCDF.
The SCDF, which dispatched three ambulances to the scene after being alerted to the accident at 1.56pm, added that a boy who is believed to have been a passenger in the Volvo was also taken to KK Hospital.

In a Facebook video that has been widely shared, an SMRT taxi is seen travelling against the flow of traffic on a one-way road.
According to the video, the incident happened along Sims Avenue East on Monday at around 12pm.
The video, which has been shared over 900 times, shows the driver who recorded the footage travelling in the middle of a four-lane road.
After he passes a traffic junction, the taxi in question is seen approaching in the same lane from the opposite direction.
The taxi then moves over to the next lane and drives away before the footage cuts off.
The 15-second video clip of the incident was first posted on road safety community page Beh Chia Lor - Singapore Road. It has since been widely circulated on social media and posted on Stomp.
SMRT said it had taken action against the driver, saying in a statement: "We treat this incident as a serious safety issue. We have taken the necessary disciplinary action against the driver."
This is not the first time a vehicle travelling against the flow of traffic has been caught on camera.
Last Thursday, a motorcyclist was seen riding against the traffic flow in Geylang Road, with a Traffic Police officer on his heels. The Straits Times understands that the motorcyclist and a pillion rider were later injured in an accident in Sims Avenue after they crashed.
For driving or riding against the flow of traffic as indicated by traffic signs, drivers can be given six demerit points.
While it is not known why the SMRT driver in the video was going in the wrong direction, some think he probably just made a mistake.
Facebook user Lawrence Wong commented on the post, saying: "Most likely he's new in this trade and took a wrong turn instead of intentionally driving against traffic."
The police said no one had reported the latest incident. They were unable to comment on how many cars are caught going against the flow of traffic.
He then said: "Uncle can lick your private parts. It will be very enjoyable" and "Uncle can stop by the side of the road".
Afraid, the victim messaged her father and the friend she had dropped off. She also told Ong her father was a policeman and that he was waiting for her outside their home.
Later, when the friend's call to the victim was placed on speaker mode, he asked the cabby why he was making lewd comments. Ong replied that he was teaching the victim some "life experience". The friend could also hear Ong laughing over the phone.
The victim's father later arrived at Yishun North NPC to find her crying in a room. An investigation officer also saw the victim crying and looking "a bit traumatised", while Ong "appeared to be sleeping".
Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) Daphne Lim asked for at least three weeks' jail. She noted that Ong was a public transport worker who had abused the trust placed on him.
She added that Ong had not shown any remorse during his trial. Among other things, he alleged that the police investigation officer had abused her authority and deceived him into signing his statements, and fabricated parts of his statements.
Said DPP Lim: "The offence had taken place in the confined space of a taxi in the late hours of the night, while the victim was left alone with (Ong), and the victim was placed in a heightened sense of fear as a result of the words uttered by (Ong).
"The fact that she alerted both her friend and her father, and was in tears by the time she was at the NPC, is indicative of the helplessness and fear that was instilled in her by (Ong's) disgusting conduct."

The traffic police are asking members of the public for information on an SMRT taxi that travelled against the flow of traffic.
The incident apparently took place last Monday (12 September) at around noon along Sims Avenue East, and was captured on video by Facebook user George Teo. The clip was posted by road safety community page Beh Chia Lor - Singapore Road.
In the 15-second video, an SMRT taxi is seen driving against the flow of traffic on a one-way road, before veering into another lane. The clip has since been shared more than 1,000 times.
SMRT has reportedly taken disciplinary action against the driver.
According to traffic police, they are aware of the incident and are looking into the matter.
“We would like to request anyone with more information on the incident to lodge a police report at any Neighbourhood Police Centre/Post or online via the ‘E-FEEDBACK ON ROAD USERS’ portal at www.police.gov.sg/epc/index.html,” said a traffic police spokesman.

Taxi driver, woman arrested for contraband cigarette scheme
"The woman had previously been charged for other offences involving duty-unpaid cigarettes in April 2015, but had absconded while on bail."
She is a wanted criminal for jumping bail for the same offence. How come the customs officers never arrest her when they see her and instead waited for her to load the bags?
Waiting to collect more evidence or simply Police and Customs under the same Ministry do not share info.?
