yah loh, now so many calls, cdg calls sometimes also buey sui, see already, buay gum, don't take loh.
got street pax, whack first, call waste time and don't really see much increase in overall income

Dear Cabbies
We have launched the Call Levy Points (CLP) system.
The main purpose of this new scheme is to encourage drivers to take more booking jobs.
WHAT IS CALL LEVY POINTS (CLP)?
CLP is a CREDIT ACCOUNT for all drivers to offset their Booking Call Levy.
1 CLP is equivalent to $1.
For example, your call levy for the week is $8 and you have 5 CLP. System will use this 5 CLP ($5) to offset your call levy of $8 first and the remaining $3 will then be deducted from your bank account. This offsetting process will be done together with the call levy collection on every Tuesday.
HOW DO I EARN CLP?
You can accumulate these points via incentives or goodwill payment. We would like to share the following scenarios where CLP will be offered to you.
· Call Centre asks you to pickup an urgent booking request and will offer you 5 CLP.
· You encountered No-show for your advance booking and you have a good booking record . As a form of goodwill, company refund 5 CLP.
* 5 CLP can be used to offset approximately 15 current jobs’ call levy

The best part is " no destination" for most OC.
They are still dreaming in their homeland.
Please wake up CDG !!!! No destination who want to take I rather go take grab or easy taxi OC all with destination

LTA new ruling all 3rd party apps for call booking cannot force pax to put destination. Pax must have freedom to leave destination blank, Why? Because they dun want TDs to pick n choose..Alamak u all pitcha lobang liao and prove LTA right.
Call come I just press lah. Who cares pax wants to go where? I just go. Good for me lah, less competition.

The problem with CDG taxi business is, they alway think they are the king and leader of this market, we hv see Nokia fall, Sony TV losing to LG and Samsung, and even car like mitsubishi no more marketing in Singapore. All these brand were once cream de coup of the market, therefore, it is critical for CDG to relook at their position and stop harping on goodies that cannot even match a simple apps like easytaxi. CDG goodies are good for school kids. Problem is CDG top and middle management are getting old, the concept in them is old, just like Nissan designed Latio so old looking because its japanese designer is an old man who design Datsun 120y till now. So where is Nissan stand now??? worst than korean cars. And without the share from renault, it would had collapse like Mitsubishi. So, in a nutshell, CDG should stop offering cheap thrills on their Calls for cabby, they should instead, re engineer their whole call system by removing the old, replace with talent and younger people who can offer more innovation and work harder. Let take for example, if Grab set up taxi company
