  I think it is also possible the TP had to 'pay' for this piece of land. I am guessing the speed camera sits on land with a 30 yr lease. Now time is up, so off it goes.

  As the old grandmother only earn millions for the gov, it had to go. The new young FT mounted near Eng Neo exit taking over her place now earns Billions for them.
