Someone deliberately brake in front of me causing my passenger to fly forward, my passenger very angry, make me file a police report. So i make a police report with my passenger as witness. That driver was angry bec whem he cuts into my lane, i horned him. What is the consequences for the braking driver?

No consequences lah. He can says in front got foreign object of cat running out or he got a scare when you horned him. But if you got video of him cutting dangerous into your lane then send to TP.

Last time when I was drvg box Van, the idiot car after overtaking me jam on his brakes. The van almost overturn and I almost had a heart attack but I had to suck thumb

U don't hard brake, u crash, pax complain, u still need to pay damages

I alway believe errant drivers will one day meet it end, unless we are driving a pte car, for TDs, it is best advice to move on, you cannot stop all these farkers, it is just their ego and pride at play, some of these farkers see Taxi only, they chiong and cut in...because they think or assume all TDs are poor farkers who dun dare to knock them. But the idea is not that we are weak and poor farkers, we are driver making our living on the road, the traffic road is our office, our tan jiak office, so if possible, have some good tolerance with these errant farkers by which, luckily not a lot in Singapore. Move out and drive on.
