Knn dig road at the intersection of lentor n ave 1. Go in better go out elsewhere. Lucky I got pax so no sweat. But then still waste my time. exit CTE knn tree pruning. Take 20mins to get out. be warned. .. today Friday traffic so heavy ... hard to made $ .

That CB new condo in canberra drive at corner of ave 7. Basement car park cannot use nets n credit card. No reception. Be warned. solutions. ..drive in basement car park n look for lobang in ceiling. Can see sunlight. ..magic machine works

road works been going for quite sometime already.
canberra residences - yes, if u encounter such issue, drive out to ground level. some condos especially newer ones, basement no reception, or maybe management do not intend to install. also good to call out when u enter guard room then to try calling out when u reach basement

dont pway pway @ yishun when driving nite when you come from town. The jam like F. Even though from town to yishun roughly 20 plus, because of the jam can come up to 30 plus. Jam also not worth..... sibei sian.

Friday no need to start engine so punctually , 10pm or 11pm start engine , sure won't jam
