dont pin too much hope on gantry concession. according internal, its found more and more greens ownself absorb by going in during active timings. but even more scary is even after absorb going in, still sweep empty for some time! some must thought maybe catch calls, but inside also quiet like ghost town what would make you go in by yourself

CBD during peak hour where got ghost town? So many humans waiting.
Do your sums first. If pay $1 ERP and can get back $3 city charge, why not? Better than queue long long outside CBD during that time. If pay $3, then bo hwa.
Of course, don't pay to get in before 5pm(no city charge) lah even if got calls because can cancel anytime one.

Seldom sweep/take call outside one
From jurong can go AP empty he don't mind
He say he happy to play airport don't mind queuing for hrs there
End of the day it's ur call not others

Only do AP means he is just driving for fun not money. Nowadays I don't go AP n queue even if a got pax goes there. Not worth the q time n uncertainty. So much opp in nearby estates n office areas

I think TS refers to CBD between 1200-1659hrs, especially early pm, usually short trips and may need to q to get pax

CBD during peak hour can be very stressful to drive, take booking, watch traffic, etc, etc

Of course difficult lah, but as said, no risk no gain mah, so if you want more atas type of fares, you hv to endure the difficulties, that is why there is a surcharge on it, but TD like me, just passby rocher and pick can liao...simi lj $3 surcharges or 3.30 calls dun influence me...why? Because you can sincerely ask yourself as a TD, this month you earn $5k, last month you earn $3k, the previously month you earned $4.3k and so on..but at the end of the month, no matter you earn more or less, money is alway not enough, it come back to sq one.

You go coffee shop at Sin Ming, lots of cdg TDs there, or even tua pek kong temple opposite food centre, also many cdg cabbies there after peak morning peak period, most boasted that he earned 7k, or he earned 6k...like they very expert in driving, know all the calls timming inside CBD..but then when time to start driving again...some will come to me and ask... ...Bowah, wu $100 borrow bo?

From experiences, CBD will only start to get hot after 2pm those auditors & executives go running errands. Places like Suntec, SGX, MBFC. HDB & private residences good market whole day long. The challenges is job with no destination also take because you will never know where the pax can bring you too. Sometimes the more choosy the more jialat. I also like CBD $8 short trip in one hour intervals. $8+$3 = $11+meter one short trip UOB Plaza to Raffles Town Club can clock $25.
Airport unless drop pax at airport. Will use Apps like SG Flight Info to check flight landing time. Pax normally check out from customs half hr or more after landing can use that as a benchmark. One flight average can carry 200 pax. SO if that hour 6 flights or more landing vs taxi queue of 80 taxis still can queue. Also can gauge by queue length. T1 queue at control tower considered short. T3 normally less flight but less taxis also. Sometimes lunch time & change shift time can get pick & go. My teacher told me lunch time Indonesian flights mostly go Orchard / Newton.
Some of my colleagues like MBCC but to me the $5 not worth it vs the morning off peak demand.
