Any limit for a person to apply hirer and return?

  apply hirer with cdg, a few weeks or months later throw key and then later reapply again?

  will get blacklisted?

  Last time I heard they put u last in the queue if rejoin 

  Now I dunno but better to let ppl rejoin than letting ur cab rot at hq rite?

  No lah, how to get blacklisted, unless you kiam rentals. Company see $$, not drivers, if driver keep accident...no pay up rental..$$ is involve, who you are, they dun really give a fark, handsome or old, also hv to pay
