hanor hanor..knn, want to go IPO and collect funds also want to use their driver's hard earned blood and sweat money, must be too desparate. Do the math, if all approx 4000 TC drivers bought it at $680 (1 lot only), the collection will be approx 2.7millions liao, and old birds who bought 2 lots, that will be doubled. Half problem solved. knn, eat peoples accident money, return cab money, rental money, somemore want to eat people hard earn money...phuixxxx. TC is very local, cannot go far one lah, comfort is different, they are a global business with Delgro, therefore TC must join venture with someone to go IPO so as to have a better niche in the global market, domestic (local) market is very much saturated and costly, you do bus business, other also can do, other got more funds to muscle their way thru,...> Once bus business go liberal in Singapore next year, you see many competitor, from tong woon to australia bus to ban heng to comfort to premier to most other transportation company, even logistic airfreight companies may join in..you think TC alone ar??

Trans-Cab calls off IPO in surprise move, just days after its announcement
SINGAPORE - Taxi operator Trans-Cab has called off its initial public offering, just days after it announced its float.
The company withdrew its listing plans after information relating to its insurance premiums surfaced.
In view of the impending close of the public offer at noon on Tuesday, and taking into account the time needed to evaluate this new information holistically, the company decided not to proceed with the IPO at this point.
As the company's fiscal year end - at Dec 31 - is approaching, Trans-Cab intends to complete its full-year audit, and evaluate its options thereafter, it added.

anyway, lunchy went down to defu lane to register. when reach there, i was like WTF. im in the 80s. the shit / mess is like OMFG. 1st, my friend ask me to wait @ pantry, i was hoping to see the signage "PANTRY" bo leh. all i see is glass door shows " office " nia.
the toilet BTH, like no 1 maintaining like that.
